Reduce the amount of fatty foods and the oil you take in. Groundnut oil, palm oil, melon seed and co. Exercise more often. At least do cardio exercises three times in a week for not less than thirty minutes. Wash your face with just hot water and a washcloth. STOP USING SOAP. Good lucksmiley

Get a facial toner.......Neutrogena/L'Oreal/Olay.......they re all good

Btw the fact that's its called toner doesn't mean it changes your skin color.....it pretty much controls oil discharge from pores

I agree with Illuminatus's suggestions. To add, make sure you're not using any drying products on your face, especially face-washes. When you use overly-drying products, your glands'll try to make up for the dryness by producing more oil onto your skin. Always moisturize after washing your face. Use a non-comodogenic (will not clog your pores) and oil-free moisturizer. Good luck.

I've never used Nivea on my face, but have used it on my hands once and found it to be too greasy and too thick. I've never heard of eva soap, so I have no opinions on it. If it makes your skin super dry after you use it, you should discontinue. If you can get one of Aveeno's face washes, try that. Try one of their moisturizers's too. After you cleanse your face, you should use a toner, which's great for oily skin, and then moisturize. If none of these works, maybe you should consider seeing a Dermatologist. HTH.

Lemon juice (not lime) is a great oil mattifier. That's why it's often used in degreasing agents like dishwishing soaps.

Mix squeezed lemon juice with water and apply on your face. Wash it out after 3-5 minutes.

I'll say this over and over - don't waste your money on branded toners. Go to a pharmacy and ask for witch hazel. It cured my brother's eczema with a breeze. It dries up my skin nicely too. Go look for it. Thank me later. grin

It doesn't matter. Lemon brightens your skin so you may not want to do this everyday. I heard it's also scarce. Hope you find it in the market.

Most of us are exposed to sunlight everyday regardless whether we are indoors or outdoors. If we take no proactive action, our skin will absorb excessive ultraviolet rays, causing the formation and accumulation of melanin, then the appearance of dark spots and dull skin. Even the best of soaps/bath gels can leave behind invisible traces of dirt, makeup and pollution on your face, which ultimately blocks absorption of lotion and encourage bacterial growth. Without cleansing, exfoliation and moisturizing regularly, your skin will eventually become loose, tired, dull and probably scarred by acne/blackheads. Thus, sun protection and healthy skin measures are required for our skin.

Miracles don't happen on the skin, but knowledge, persistence and patient will work miracles.
