Xking: Doctors in the house please i need an advice on what to take and what to do, my cd4 count is 508.518, for two times running. And am not positive, even those that are positive are having 600, 779 and some even have above 1000, what can i take or do to increase my cd4 cells,You nor dey chop well dts why. Eat lots of vegetables, get a multivitamin to supply you the nutrients you need and help you eat well |

Pls take immunace capsule. Moringa seed/leave would be of help. Watermelon daily. |

Normal cd4 count is 500 to 1500. So ure normal. Some hiv patients hv cd4 of 400 and have no disease. So just eat well and exercise and stop being anxious. Anxiety also reduces cd4 count. But since ur not hiv positive, wat made u go check ur cd4 count? |
