Before you complain, try and visit the property and see the quality for yourself. Any building to this taste would cost the same value bar the cost of land acquisition which is a function of location I wish you the best |

But bros u can't compare d building cost of ajah nd ikorodu together, I build for example in ikorodu 2bed with 800k without roofing while d same structure cost me in Ajah over 3m, can u see d magine. In ikorodu u don't nid raft while in ajah axis u most nd d rentage cost in ikorodu is not much handsome. Where exactly In ikorodu nd how stable is their light nd can 4m do it? a lot of you are making a mistake,i think you should all read the post again,it says a unit is 6m so the total cost of the house is 24m...oga OP,that is definitely on the high side |
