I was wondering if you could please help me shed some light.
I am a student in the US and I am a Canadian citizen. I am would like to file the PR papers for my husband who is currently in Nigeria. I dont know what options we have as I came to US a few years ago and have not filed my taxes for about 2 years now. I intend to go back to Canada upon graduation but I would like my husband to have his papers as soon as possible. Will this be possible? What are our chances?
How long does this process take?
