A Logistics company based at MMA2, Ikeja,Lagos requires an Admin Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Specifically responsible for Admin functions and policies
2. Ensure adequate security of the office/warehouse
3. Carry out administration of general services relating to premises maintenance,Warehouse movement, etc.
4. Carry out regular routine checks on all postings daily (daily call over)
5. Prepare reports on company's transactions daily
6. Liase with suppliers to ensure cost effective procurement.
7. Ensure internal control procedures are in place on all company's operation.
8. Ensure regular update of fixed asset register.
9. Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
10. Handle priority deliveries to clients.

OND Qualifications
Good computer skills
Average spreadsheet skills
Proximity to office an advantage
Valid drivers Licence an advantage
