A man,aged 33 from Stechford, Birmingham, has become the first person in Britain to have 3D tattoos on his face. His body is covered in skin art. Even the white of one eye has been tattooed black.
His first tattoo was a British bulldog, which he had as soon as he turned 16, the legal minimum age to have tattoos.
