i hav a friend, who got an employment wit oceanicbank last december. He always complains that he doesnt hav money because they hav not started paying them, he is a graduate though.

My question is; how long does it take to be confirm, and can you be working in a bank for six months now without pay?

Why dont you believe your friend when he says he doesnt have money, or he has not been confirmed. Its friends like you that makes new banker workers to change their phone numbers. As soon as you know how much he earns you start calculating his salary for him as if he doesnt have other resposibilities,
