BLESSED (By Femi Abolade) Blessed are those who expects nothing For they shall not be disappointed. Blessed are those who plan ahead, For they shall not be caught unawares Blessed are those students, who study hard, For they shall not fail Blessed are those couples, who engage in family planning, For they shall have a happy home Blessed is the lazy farmer For he shall reap nothing Blessed are those who have multiple sex partners, For they shall receive free HIV/AIDS Blessed are those who smoke For they are liable to die young. Blessed are the fearful and doubtful, For to them nothing shall be possible Blessed are those who fear the Lord For that is the beginning of wisdom |
