Based at our UK headquarters in Westhill near Aberdeen, successful candidates will be able to get involved in real projects, showcase their talent and start working towards reaching their potential.

During their two years on the programme, Engineering Graduates will be exposed to a variety of departments and will become a key part of the team with an important part to play in the delivery of a wide range of projects across the UK business.
Graduate Engineering opportunities are available in the following areas:

UK Business Unit (UKBU)
The UK Business Unit (UKBU) is responsible for the winning and successful delivery of subsea projects in the UK North sea, Ireland Denmark and the Netherlands. The unit’s activities support the development of subsea oil and gas fields and typically involves project management and engineering support, installation of pipelines and other subsea equipment, inspection, repair and maintenance, diving and remote technology intervention services and decommissioning of subseainfrastructure.

Offshore Engineering Division(OED)
The Offshore Engineering Division (OED) is a specialist engineering unit which provides technical support to subsea project teams and Technip fleet worldwide.
OED also manages a portfolio of innovative technologies from concept definition to qualification and industrialisation on first projects.
OED includes six main disciplines which are Geotechnics, Rigid Pipelines, Structure and Equipment, Fleet R&, Survey and Welding & Materials.

Technip Offshore Wind (TOWL)
Technip Offshore Wind Ltd offers specialist offshore Project Management, Construction and Installation services to the offshore wind industry. The company capitalises upon its expertise in offshore operations, fleet management, project execution, Quality control and Safety management to tackle the challenges and deliver projects for our clients within the Offshore renewables sector.

Learning and Development
Technip’s Engineering Graduate Development Programme offers a comprehensive range of training.
Graduates receive regular feedback on progress and there are regular salary reviews to reflect increasing knowledge, skill and professionalism.

Graduates are supported to achieve Chartered status through IMechE, ICE or other professional bodies with a mentor and other resources are assigned to them.
