VACANCY FOR FINANCE/ADMIN OFFICER IN OUTDOOR AGENCY

This display agency has created an enviable set of credentials and a reputation for first class client service and innovative excellence. Due to their proven expertise in delivering first class results for their ‘eye catching’ client base, they are now looking for Finance & Admin officer to be a key member of their finance team.

Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finance and admin department functions for this busy, Outdoor agency. Experience and knowledge of outdoor media and advanced accounting software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Accounting Functions - billing, financial statements, management reporting, compliance, tax returns and administration.
Overseeing financial operations as well as supervision of office personnel, hiring and managing department employees
Creating innovative ways to improve productivity and efficiencies to maximize profitability and facilitate growth.
Tax management & planning

Perform administrative functions for Chief Operating Officer as required
Requirements:
* Controller/ Accounting experience in media/advertising preferred, required.
* 3-5 years of business experience showing progressively increasing levels of responsibility in an Accounting environment
* Superior people and communication skills; must be a proactive communicator, problem solver and goal-oriented
* Extremely computer savvy - intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Word (knowledge of Advantage or Strata is highly preferred)
* Excellent time management skills; must have the ability to prioritize and deliver planned results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Qualifications:

Required experience is 3-5 years.
HND or B.SC, Accounting
ICAN member or in final phase
