Reasons Why Nigeria Must Win Brazil 2014 World Cup This is in reply to Bin Gbabo's 'Reasons why Ghana must win 2014 World Cup'. 1. We are 2013 African Champions 2. We are the first and only African Nation to have gotten to Number 5 on the FIFA rankings. 3. We are the first African country to have won Olympic Gold in football. 4. We are current World Champions at the U-17 level, so it is only right that we complement that with a World Cup 5. Brazil 2014 will make it 20 years since we made our debut appearance at the World Cup, it is only expected, that we celebrate that properly with a win. 6. We need Keshi to be the first black African to have won the World Cup, to complement his title as first black African to win the AFCON....
