Guys pls help me.. I subscibed for bis but up till now, the service is not up. I have called customer care the told me to do a hard reset. But it still wont work. When i tried downloading from app world i get an error message. "no cached credentials (error id:40721) it seems my bb internet service is not connected. Pls help a brother |
