some state governors have vowed to implement the no work no pay policy, I think the drama in education sector is just starting ooooooo please help.

If the state universities joined the Federal universities in its struggle, for better welfare and its other requests will Federal universities also help them (state universities) in getting their salaries?

I really don't see federal universities joining their state counterpart in the struggle. Matthew elechi and Gabriel suswam are really going to have it tough. with there state lecturers.
