A trade and servicing company requires the services of a qualified candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Personal Assistant / Managing Director in ensuring a clean and conducive office environment
General office administrative tasks like filing of document
Assist with travel arrangement of national and international staff
Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and company wide retreats.
Use Microsoft word and Excel


Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of ond/hnd/Degree in a relevant field
resident in lagos
