It's important to do daily maintenance for wheat flour mill machine. Here are five useful daily maintenance tips for your milling machines.

1.Material charging should be uniform, no sudden quick speed or sudden slow speed.

2. It's better to do oiling for the main shafts one time per shift. Operating staff should often clean and maintain the machine lubrication.

3. Fineness regulation. The processing fineness and coarseness vary with the size, hardness, water containing and proportion of the materials. You can adjust the above analyzer.

4. When it comes to the closing down of your best wheat flour mill machine, you should stop material charging first, make the principal machine keep running to mill the residual grinding materials. After about one minute, you can close the main motor and analyzer motor, stop the working of the machine, and then stop the blower motor in order to blow the residual flour clean.
