In the year 1979, something spectacular happened in a town in Delta state, called AGBOR. They were crowning their new king, but wait a minute! The king was just 2 years and four months old. Well, it is only expected that the heir apparent ascends the throne following the demise of the father, irrespective of his age. Older female siblings may as well do the ascension, but in legal systems that apply stiff male preference primogeniture (of which Nigeria is far from being the only country guilty of such), the title may be inherited by daughters ONLY in default of sons (and their heirs). Besides, a regent was appointed to rule until he became ready to take full responsibility. So the shame you talk about...idk.
