If yu have dem, which I suspect, then its better u use it to ur advantage like saving money inside etc Even alex fergusson couldnt get rid of his, just enjoy its benefit  |

The teabag formula works like magic! Also, try applying an ice pack or spoon (yes spoon) that has been cooled in a freezer on the affected region. Put it there till the coolness has left the spoon. You can do it over and over again. I saw this on a lifestyle tip on tv and I've tried it and it did work. |
