You can only correct it by uploading your original cert with the right age. To do that, you have to request a new one from either jamb or waec office. The duration for the cert to come out usually takes up to 6months or a year mostly. After laying your complaints to the clearance officers you will be given a correction form where u will be cleared temporarily until you get your certs back… Hope u understand now bro.

Forget abt jamb D.O.B. Ur date of birth in jamb also appeared in ur Uniben profile data base and thats why Uniben will correct the one in their data base if that is the one that is wrong because jamb is just an examination body. They do not grant cert.

It is only WAEC that one has a problem wen it comes to date of birth. Cuz one will surely be asked to go and correct it with Waec.

Why not just accept the D.O.B in ur WAEC cert as ur real date of birth to free urself of all that long processes of correcting it with waec?

I will advise you look for someone that lives in ekosodin to go 2geda b4 u start looking around like jjc and venture into the wrong place. don't just go there and start moving from street to street looking for acc.

Might take up to 2,3 months or a year depending on if they do not have much task to complete... And I guess it is done at the headquarters not state. You should verify from your clearance officer.

Thats it. Just accept the D.O.B in ur WAEC. A difference of 1yr is nt bad. U wil save urself of stress and finance if u accept the waec date of birth. Going to WAEC office no be Beans at all.

if it is waec(ssce) u wi get a school letter frm d sch u wrote ur exam,affidavit of age declaratn nd 10k. Duration is a maximum of 6mnths. Bt smtimes it varies. D least is 1mnth.

State office don't do correctn oli national office(headquarter)
