Don't worry much about that, on the day of clearance u will be given a correction form, and u will fill it and the issue will be sorted out. The people with the biggest problem are those who didn't use the red background passport.

HonourablePomk: My Oga dem...Godwin10,Alikaxon,and my other Oga's...Pls my parent got my birth certificate from NATIONAL POPULATION COMMISSION will it be accepted during clearance?? Do i still need the DECLARATION OF AGE after the BIRTH CERTIFICATE...Is this issue STATE OF ORIGIN or LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF ORIGIN?? Because my Dad wants to help me collect my State of origin in Lagos but I'm from Edo state although it will show I'm from Edo just that I'm doing it in Lagos just like an Embassy...I will want to collect my documents from where i registered waec but i don't know what to tell him as per what Uniben accepts Certificate,Testimonial,Statement of result?? ....Help a brother out...
