The African culture is sacred and versatile in its ways and heritage. Be proud of your origin. We have the black fire burning through our veins. We're a great race. A unique people. We are the heart beat of the world. They call us "backwards", "uncivilized" and "primitive". But we are closer to mother nature than they'll ever be. Why? Because we've not lost the essence for existence.
Civilization has only made man a walking zombie oblivious of his spirituality. Civilization has rendered mankind without culture and belief. Man has lost his path. He has no cause to live for. He just has those vain causes that civilization has provided to him. Nonetheless, civilization is a good thing from a perspective that is. Without it I won't have the technological means to spread this post to the number of people that it'd be getting to at this moment. So, thanks to civilization for providing us technology and other good inventions and developments that has protruded since the advent of civilization.
However, civilization has done more harm than good to mankind and this is why I can tell you that Africa is the only surviving continent in the world as it is that still has the hope of helping mankind go back to his grass root literally. Simply because Africa has not lost its traditional and cultural values. Our ability to remain consistent despite the economical and religious metamorphosis the world has experienced over time is priceless. The world needs to know more about us because we are a blessed continent and if we can be less myopic we'd be able to see this. That we are a great people with great, promising potentials. The developed nations in the western continents sees this which is why they thrive to rip us off our resources and put us in consistent turmoil, chaos, disruption, lack and suffering. So we don't wake up to the truth of our true abilities.
My fellow african brothers from all over the world. We need to come together and work together to make Africa grow. Stop selling yourselves short for peanuts. Stop letting the slave masters steal from us. Stop betraying yourselves. Stop lying to yourselves. Stop trying to be white when you are black. Stop embracing a culture that preaches only shallowness, psycho-social enslavement, racial inferiority and immorality.
Only in Africa are we taught to respect our elders. Only in Africa are we taught to respect our parents. Only in Africa are we taught to keep our traditions alive and obey the laws and rules set by our ancestors and their values. Only in Africa can genuinely happy people be found who do not commit suicide because they are poor or having a hard life time. It is only in Africa that you will find women and men who knows and respects the values of matrimony and marriage. In Africa we do not need "shrinks" to help deal with our problems or decide how or when or why we should be happy. In Africa we are not afraid to live. We do not give up! Our black skins were designed to withstand the harshness of the heat that comes from the burning yellow sun and the hardship that life brings. We stand tall and strong like the great pyramids of egypt. Though we may not have your civilization completely, we have our heritages, our ways, our culture. We are a proud people, full of life and royalty. We do not falter in our beliefs and spirituality.
So be proud of who you are. Never feel inferior to any race. Never let the media brainwash you to think you are any less than other races. We are as wonderful as they are and we are all equal and unique in our originality.
