English grammar may not be a prerequisite to intellect, particularly if you live in a country where the chief mode of instruction is in a different language, i.e. France. But as long as you live in a country where the major mode of instruction is in the english language, your inability to string coherent sentences together is a barometer as to how poor your intellect is. This sentence is illogical. It requires no intelligence to chose to believe that God does not exist. Belief in the non-existence of God does not require intellect.

we r born into a world where the existence of an almighty God is the most general knowledge. most atheists too would have at one time or the other (especially during d adolescent years) abide and agree with such widely accepted knowledge. Now, u don't just wake up one day and decide to negate such knowledge. there would have been a reason or two for someone (who has all his life lived with a widely accepted notion) to suddenly see such widely accepted knowledge as irrational, hence, deciding against believing it.

it is only an intellectual mind DAT can use one reason or the other to adequately disbelieve a widely held notion and continue to stick with it. #my opinion
