3. Resolve customer complaints
4. Keep a good and long-term relationship with customers
5. Maintain and ensure goods, promotional items are displayed according to the standard request
6. Collect and feedback information from competitors, customers and others
7. Keep the store clean and all items in order
Qualifications:
1. Be familiar with the smartphone，have a great passion for further learning of mobile product knowledge, and love digital industry exceedingly
2. Good communication skills and observational ability.
3. Have an active positive and enthusiastic character and willingness to work hard
4. Have good team spirit
5. Bachelor’s degree or above is required
