Please how can I get MasterCard online payment app running on my website? what are the requirements for an online seller? I would also appreciate information in other alternatives for receiving payments from online customers. I would be very appreciative. Thanks

You would have to use quickteller api(its not free, secure and well known) and register as a merchant.

Or you could as well use voguepay's api(its free) and secure too.

Its not an app. Its called api. Like some code you will have to integrate into your site.
Then they could pay through your site.

Thanks for your information. I checkup Voguepay's Api. The whole concept make sense. I just hope their credibility is reliable.
