CdSe quantum dots modified by dendrimer with hydrophobically modified end groups may be well dispersed and fixed in chloroform, amino, and hydrophobic segments are necessary to fix the quantum dot, interaction between amino and the quantum dot can play a fixed action, while part of the hydrophobic segment can increase the dispersion stability of the quantum dots in a low polar solvent. High salt rejection nanofiltration membrane prepared by PAMAM.
At same concentration, the higher generation of PAMAM, the more amino to react with trimesoyl chloride to get more crosslinking points, more compact membrane leads to higher salt rejection; by increasing concentration, reaction time, the salt rejection rate was improved, the salt rejection coefficient of NF-NG2-8 membrane of Na2SO4、MgCl2、MgSo4 reached 93.0%, 92.3% and 91.4%. Excellent performance of electrochemical biosensors based on dendritic polymers.
DNA electrochemical biosensor based on the new dendrimers was characterized and tested by electrochemical impedance, results showed that: 1) The sensor has a good selectivity, can effectively distinguish different sequences of DNA fragment, thus can effectively detect pp38 gene sequences Malik's virus Md11 strains; within 2.0 × 10-11 ~ 1.0 × 10-8 mol • L-1 concentration range, pp38 gene sequence and its concentration of electron transfer resistance values were good linear relationship; 2) the DNA biosensor good stability, simple preparation, quick response, and can effectively identify mismatched gene sequences and detect complementary sequences of the gene, in all areas of disease diagnosis, virology, environmental monitoring, it has practical value. Hyperbranched polyester modified epoxy resin has excellent performances.
Hyperbranched polymer has low viscosity, high functionality, no chain entanglement and good solubility characteristics, provides a new way for epoxy toughening. Modifying the hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester (AHBP) obtained hyperbranched polyester with carboxyl end group (CHBP), not only has the toughening effect, but also play the role of a curing agent. Using CHBP as flexibilizer and curing agent, study its toughing effect on epoxy/MTHPA (EP/MeTHPA) curing system; CHBP molecular terminal all with carboxyl has the best toughening effect, impact strength achieves 18.5 kJ/m2; when the carboxyl terminal content reaches 40%, the impact strength of the epoxy resin is only 7.8 kJ/m, CHBP has no toughening effect at this time. When CHBP mass fraction is 15%, tensile strength achieves the maximum , 64.86 Mpa; when CHBP mass fraction is 15%, the Tg of the resulting cured epoxy resin is 106 ℃, increased about 6 ℃.
