Please I need advice on what to take for this mild burning sensation I feel on the tip of my penis. I strongly believe it to be an infection.

I had sex on the 26th of december and along the line, the condom ripped out. Two days later, I started experiencing a mild burning sensation on the tip of my penis, its not paining but it makes me uncomfortable.

Please what can I do to stop this or what antibiotic do you suggest I take?
