Ahead of next month's Championship for African
nations in South Africa, brilafm.net has exclusively
scooped that the Ethiopia football federation have
requested an international friendly with the home based
Super Eagles, as they also look forward to conclude
their preparations for CHAN.

The Nigeria football federation has already responded
in the affirmative, and will get a confirmation from
their Ethiopian counterparts today. Reports are that if
the agreement is confirmed as expected, the Ethiopians
will arrive Nigeria on Friday, January 3rd, and play the
game at the Abuja national stadium on Saturday,
January 4th.

The Super eagles of Nigeria played out a 2-2 draw with
Nigerian league champions, Kano Pillars on Monday in
Abuja as they continue to intensify preparations for the
tournament. The second leg will however come on
Thursday before finally meeting Ethiopia on the 3rd.
