And how many subject r we to input?? 5 or 7 or 9 tho i put only d 7 subjects i registered in d putme form.

The school portal is opened and i was able to log in but they are saying my acceptance payment has not been confirmed yet and i cannot continue with my registration.

It should be black and white na.. I never download anytin oo.. But our predecessors used black and white though they were not asked to print..

Na one form like that... You'll be given at the registration point to make photocopies... After filling.. And stamp... You will make photocopies, each page into 4 places...

1. U downloaded the forms on ur phone right? any idea if we are still goin to use it since we are goin to print it out too
.
2. Did u fill the forms(medicals...) before printin or u'll do it after printin it out(filling it with pen/pencil) then photocopy it?
