Hello friends.
I need your assistance in terms of advices on how to achieve the dreams of a shy but strong-willed colleague of mine. He is a Nigeria-trained Medical Doctor. He holds a MBBS degree but is, rather queerly, determined to pick an MPH (Masters in Public Health) and consequently do PhD - not just anywhere in Europe or America but at Harvard or John Hopkins Bloomberg!

He is hardworking and academically gifted. He ain’t married but has got huge financial engagements here in Nigeria – as in - his family and all. When asked how he intends to pay his fees were he to gain admission for example, he answers 'God would do it...’

So I've decided to help my friend by writing this here. Let's help with whatever information that may help his ambition. He hasn't currently written any foreign qualifying exam: the likes of USMLE, GRE, GMAT or TOEFL before now. I'm sure he'll also need a scholarship or endowment or something.

I am in the process of applying for the Sept 2014 session (just hoping I'm still on time), I've checked and seen some infos there. I've also not written GMAT, in short ther are still many things I'm not clear about and I feel the need to talk to someone.

One thing I don't I don't have in excess is time.
