Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 Unveiled With 16.3MP Camera by Nobody: 11:40am On Jan 03, 2014
Samsung on Thursday, unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2, successor to the classic Samsung Galaxy Camera and candidate of the 2014 CES coming up later this month.

The Samsung Galaxy Camera 2, going by it’s name, is smartphone camera for people who love smartness in the art of of photography. Having said that the 1/2.3″ BSI sensor is 16.3 megapixels in resolution, the Galaxy Camera 2 is equipped with 21x optical zoom, xenon flash, AF Light and hoard of other hybrid camera features that includes optical image stabilization and face and smile detection.

The screen measures 4.8 inches with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The Galaxy Camera 2 has a 1.6GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of inbuilt memory with only 2.8GB available for storage, though you can swap in a 64GB memory card into the device at any time.

The Galaxy Camera 2 is going to be showcased at the 2014 CES and that is when Samsung is likely to announce it’s pricing.
