1. TECHNICAL OFFICER
Job Description
The successful candidates will provide technical and other support to deliver safe space service delivery and research components to ensure adequate dissemination of information about chronic diseases. E.g Diabetes, Cancer etc. S/He must show commitment to the implementation of the program while addressing issues at community and CSO/NGO level. S/ He must show very strong leadership skills to help all stakeholders work together to deliver program’s objectives to build community support.S/He will work closely with program technical staff and partners to develop and implement mentoring and leadership activities.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
1. MBBS with minimum of 1 year relevant experience in chronic diseases and integrated medical services. OR Bsc. Nursing, Public health, Pharmacy or other closely related field with 1-3 years experience in chronic diseases and integrated services.
2 Experience in project development with proven experience in planning and facilitation of training.
3 Demonstrated understanding and willingness to work at community level in challenging environment to seek awareness and support for people suffering from chronic diseases.
4 Ability to handle a heavy workload with competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision as part of a team.

2. CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS
Job Description
1 Attend to customers enquires promptly and efficiently.
2 Create awareness for company’s products
3 Administer and ensure compliance to all sales objectives.
4 Manage various documents of sales activities and provide updates as per requirements.
Skills Required
1. Good communication skills
2. Good customer service skills
3. Good relations and interpersonal skills
4. Problem solving skills
5. Negotiation skills
6. Quantitative and computer skills
7. Good dress sense
8. Good reading and listening skills
Educational Qualification
1. OND, HND, Bsc graduates.
2. Not more than 32 years old .
3. Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage
