thanks a lot irewunmi full name is adeosun Luke Timilehin BUt I need to tell you something I entered one ooU weBsite so I was told to put a password then clicked enter But was brought to a blank page but on second trial I was Brought to page where I was told to change password and casually managed to change the password to "gfgfgf" and tried logging in a again but it all failed so I gave now that you saw wrong password I knew at once that what I did on that website was responsible for that if you can pls help me try that "gfgfgf" of a thing if it would work and if its possible you can help me change it to my sUrname "adeosun" if it doesn't. Ever since I saw your post I Been trying to find that weBsite again on google to correct my mistake But couldn't find it again.thanks a lot

INSTITUTION
Every student has the dream of being academically
suCcessful while in school-they all wish getting
First class(Distinction),Second class Upper(Upper
Credit) as well as making good grades in all the
courses they offer.Undoubtedly,no student want to
perform below-par in the course of his or her
school but it is rather unfortunate that in most
cases,few students are academically successful
while others do not do well to their potential or
expectation,hence these are some of the reasons for
this below-par performance,they are:
1. BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND SYNDROME:this is the
major source of distraction for so many students.
There is a difference between somebody being a
friend or lover.most students keep opposite sex as
lovers instead of friends while it is good to keep
opposite sex as friends,it is usually bad and not
advisable to keep them as lovers.before one
becomes your friend,if he/she is real,the person do
not have to come with love advances,if the person
does,I genuinely doubt his/her motive or purpose.
When you are in love relationship with a person in
school among other things,
IT WILL MAKE YOU NOT TO HAVE FULL
CONCENTRATION WHILE READING-you are likely to
be seeing some scenes or images of the person
when you were together having good time and fun.
YOU SPEND MUCH OF YOUR TIME WITH THE
PERSON WHILE DENYING YOURSELF PRECIOUS/
QUALITY TIME FOR YOUR ACADEMIC WORK.
IT WILL MAKE YOU PRONE/VULNERABLE TO SEXUAL
ACTS.
2.ABUSE OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:"All
work no play make Jack a dull boy" but "All play no
work make Jack a failure"
Students have abused activities like football
competition,parties,association(village)
meetings,school politics/election among others.
Your major reason for being in school is for
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE,therefore every other thing
that will not contribute to your being academically
excellent,should be secondary.
Your primary assignment demands your primary
attention!
I was told by my lecturer that student's academic
performance is always poor during second semester
which I attributed to too much activities inherent in
such semester.
3. 'SORTING':the best and surest way of passing
your exams is by READING.sorting does not work
or at least not all sorting works.when you sort,it
makes you to be lazy in your academic work
because you have the false assurance of giving your
money in order to get good grades.
If a student is offering let's say 9 courses-
Is it possible to 'sort' those 9 courses?
Are all the course lecturers 'sortable'?
Do the student have enough money to 'sort' all
these courses?
These are questions that need urgent and sincere
answers.
Read your books,God will help you to pass!
4. EXAM-PRACTICE:they call it 'reminder',others call
it 'chips',it has so many names in different
schools.exam-malpractice has so many forms from
lateness to exam hall,peeping from your neighbour's
work,eating or talking in an exam hall to writing or
copying from external materials like textbooks,noteb
ooks or other relevant materials particular to the
subject/course you are being examined.
From experience,the greatest/gravest of all is
"writing from textbooks,notebooks etc inside the
exam hall"
The Panel/Senate of the school may give penalty
ranging from "suspension to expulsion" as the case
may be but othe forms is normally dealt with lavity
in most cases like" standing you up for few
minutes,seizing your answer booklet and so on "
I am not encouraging other forms of exam-
malpractice but I am strongly against the use of
external materials inside the exam hall because of
the seemingly grave punishment attached to that
particular form of malpractice.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU)
may be going on another very long strike just a
year after they called off their 5-month long strike,
following the Federal Government inability to
honour the agreement it reached with the
lecturers during the last strike.
Speaking yesterday at a press briefing in
remembrance of the killing of former ASUU leader,
Professor Festus Iyayi by the convoy of Kogi State
Governor, Captain Idris Wada, ASUU lamented the
failure of the Federal Government to fulfill its
promises.
The union disclosed that no government-owned
university had received a dime from the N200
billion the government said it had set aside for the
revitalization of university education in the current
year.
Chairman, Nnamdi Azikiwe University branch of
ASUU, Comrade Dennis Aribidor said: “It seems
Iyayi’s death opened the pandora box that
suggests that ASUU’s relationship with
government might seem irreconcilably hostile.
While he fought for a just cause, ASUU is presently
skeptical that he died in vain especially since the
contention over honouring the ASUU-FG 2009
agreement, which cut his life short, is still far-
fetched. This position is based on some hard
truths.”
