I was at the scholarship board in Abuja today and I saw couple of guys with big travelling bags ready to FLY...and luxurious buses...I asked the officers in charge what was happening, she said they were BEA Scholars!!!!

Its available for Post Graduate studies. But you will need to have knowledge of their language. Thats the language of the country you wanna apply to.

Well, you need to have knowlegde of the language. Cause I dont think you will go through foundation class. And for Russians, the paper you will present will have to be written in russian. And I think for China, you will write another exam and the questions will be in chinese. Just to name a few.
