Chelsea 'keeper, Thibaut Courtois, has spent the last couple seasons on loan at Atletico Madrid and has been a tremendous success. His contract runs out in 2016 and common sense suggests he's given an extension and brought back to the club. Life isn't so simple, unfortunately.
Petr Cech, current Chelsea 'keeper, doesn't look like slowing down any time soon and Courtois won't sign an extension unless he's guaranteed a starting spot.

'I will never say I'm a better goalkeeper than Petr Cech. But I'm not a player anymore that you can put on the bench, I think. I will take that in mind when I take a decision. 'I can say what I think, but in the end the boss makes the decision. It is a game of supply and demand. Clubs don’t gain an advantage by take a decision against the will of a player

So what should Mourinho do? Keep Cech and cash in on Courtois? Bring back the young 'keeper and sell Cech while he still has decent value?
