Accountabilities (Responsibilities)

- Complete management of Supply Chain processes (Contracts Management, Procurement, Shipping and logistics) to provide excellent customer service
- Manage the different aspects of the supply chain (including sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution)
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost
integrate the business processes and IT systems of many suppliers and customers
- Define, implement and monitor the sales and operation-planning tool for optimum utilisation of all manufacturing capacities across units and achieve targeted delivery lead-time and delivery performance
- Ensure implementation and management of the global procurement management process across all units
- Inventory control
- Warehouse management.


Educational
Minimum of a Good First Degree,


Work Experience
-  3-5 years proven experience in industrial environments with significant involvement in Supply Chain, manufacturing.
- Experience in process improvement initiative and change management in large information systems project management
- Proven leadership skills


Technical Skills
- Project Management
- Knowledge of BAR Coding.
- Knowledge of online systems for managing processes and inventory.
- Ability to understand the whole process ’from supplier’s supplier to customer’s customer’
- Numerical and IT skills
