Disturbia isn't an English word. It's from disturb[/b]ed surburb[b]ia. The whole song is just about being disturbed, things going wrong, and watching out for them, so that you won't go under.

I don't see what's there to explain. Basically, she's "disturbed", depressed, scared, whatever you want to call it.
