Is the club registered? as a partnership, business venture(name), limited company or limited by guarantee?. Who audits the books of the club? how often does the club makes available to members the records of their financial undertakings? which fund manager or stock broker(s) manages the portfolio of the club? and most importantly, who are the trustees?

Please send these details into kissremmy@yahoo.com for proper consideration before making up my mind to join your club.

Thanks.

Thank you for your interest, I will answer your question one by one.

1. Is the club registered? as a partnership, business venture(name), limited company or limited by guarantee?. Application has been filed with the CAC for registration and being a partnership, it is going to be registered as a partnership.

2. As for who audits the books of the club, The club is just about 7 months old (we started in march this year) as a result we do not have auditors for now. However, at the end of our financial year, the account of the club is going to be audited. However, Section 12A of the club states: An audit committee, comprised of two partners other than the President and Treasurer, shall audit the partnership records in conjunction with the Treasurer. This audit shall occur each January and must be approved prior to the completion of the tax documents.

3. How often does the club makes available to members the records of their financial undertakings? We meet once every month and during this meeting, records of our financial undertakings are made available to members.

4. which fund manager or stock broker(s) manages the portfolio of the club? We currently uses Dependable Securities Limited.

Hope you are ok with above explanations. If you need more, let me know. Also visit our website (http://futureviewinvestmentclub.leadhoster.com for more info
