The primary and secondary roads are completed (all roads are concrete roads), electricity and water are being worked on at the moment. Some people have started building while others will follow suit once they obtain the Governor's consent. The price can not go down from that. The going price from the property owners is 10.25 million so a price of 8 million is quite fair enough. Hoping to hear from you. |
