I've heard of Sango, Amadioha etc but there seems to be no god attached to the hausa ancestry, why? Do they have any form of traditional religion/god besides the foreign religion majority of them presently practice?

Were the popular before the advent of sharia? So, they had a traditional god before the Islamic god took over? Thanks for the info.

they are pretty much underground just like the spiritualists in senegal, mali and other predominantly muslim countries. most nigerians are one leg in-one leg out. nigerians usually dabble in both animism and monotheism at the same time(usually denying the earlier).
