I have noticed that so many nigerians, both ladies and gentlemen do eat solid food like eba and fufu for lunch, how can they do it without falling asleep at work?

The time my sis-in-law started eating naija food, she complained that she could barely stay awake after eating grin grin

It's ok for weekend lunch and a light meal for dinner.

During the week, it's a complete NO No!

Unless u don't have work or school after.
