Why do you need an explanation? I thought all you need is redeployment? You just got it.
But I think your doctor went too far. Amoebic liver abscess was completely unnecessary. Made the whole thing sound suspicious. If you have all those ailments, you are not far from a walking corpse.

As long as d guy do normal, em go redeploy am. The doc. Shoulda just complain about asthma or some infections undergoing treatment. Lol both d guy and him doctor na Mr.Ibu and Osofia . Its funny tho.
