I need some good advice and info concerning the following:

My wife recently graduated from Osun State University, Oshogbo and is due for the NYSC service year with the Batch B, 2014 set.

We've also got a kid and as such would like to submit all copies of documents stating all these to be true to NYSC for posting purposes, but due to the fact that her school do not have a functioning Students' Affairs division, we were unable to submit all such documents to them for further forwarding to NYSC.

To this end, can anyone furnish me with the details of how to submit all the required documents to Abuja and also the format/process so her posting can be done as deemed fit. I have actually sent a mail to the contact email on the nysc website and to their facebook pages. I actually have someone ready in abuja to help me drop the documents there but we need to know if a letter is required (handwritten or typed) or if all can be sent to an email address. Appreciate all great responses

You will get good n better information from her department. ..
No functional students affairs dept ?
How has the school been mobilising before now ?
How did she gain admission ? Tru remedial studies or JAMB ?
For me going to abuja is like jumping the gun
Go to her department and you will surely get a proper guideline. ..
NYSC mobilization procedures has really
changed
Do the needful: visit the school. .... wish u the best

Thanks for your advice and to answer your questions, yes, the school has been mobilizing before now and her admission was through (a valid admission letter is available). We have been to her department and the school's main campus and the responses were the same. They do not have a dedicated Student's Affairs department and as such do not process requests such as these. We even tried to leverage on the fact that NYSC had sent the school the call up numbers for verification and correction of errors, to send the documents along with the corrected list back to NYSC but they stated it clearly that they do not handle such and told us in very clear terms that we should simply send the documents to abuja.

Firstly, i dont know what u mean by non- dedicated student affairs department...secondly, is she a fresh graduate?<2012/2013 set>..thirdly, was her name on d just released NYSC Batch B list?
