I cant make new APN on this material rom then it look to m as if I AM using gingerbreed

Hmmm..my phone shows dat my android version is 5.0 i.e lollipop but i dont c anything new and but what can i do with my material Ui control?

My battery lasts me for roughly 6hrs on ppsspp gaming. That's pretty decent.
