You won't be disappointe with P4's camera, it has the best 5mp camera among the chinese brands available, pictures taken in total darkness are very clear and courfull.

the flash of P4 is very bright i know many users here will tesify to that. maybe yours is faulty or you are on another rom cos i know some custom roms like cubot and elephone P10 have a poor flashlight.
