Has in depth functional and technical knowledge about company products.

- Coordinates Requirement gathering sessions with customers.

- Documents customer requirements. (Minute taking.)

- Communicates customer's requirements to developers.

- Documents solution delivery approach and communicates this to customers.

- Conducts End User Training.
Must have excellent analytical and communication skills. Basic programming knowledge could be an advantage but is not mandatory.
