i know for a fact that PES 9 is not out yet, cos its being released on October 17 in England. FIFA 09 came out last Friday.

I have. But by chance I went out with friends to Mega Plaza and it turns out they sell their xbox 360 DVDs for N7000. They had like 2 dozens at the time (Yesterday) - Now I'm a happy man

So for N7000, check MegaPlaza.

Mega Plaza deals with only NTSC titles, but (wait for it), I just checked Silverbird last weekend (24th), and there's a new store on the second floor on your left as you enter. Boy, they have GAMES - LOTS of it - ALL PAL VERSIONS! Deadspace, FIFA, Quantum of Solace, Burnout Paradise, and so much more (multiple copies). Prices range from 5k to 13k depending on the title. So there you have it

Well, I thought I was the only one who was running out of places to find xbox games. But I guess I'm at fault for unwittingly choosing an NTSC system. I look at my PAL buddies and glow green with envy. eventually, I'll sell my set. Pity.

Its a pity you're not in Lagos. I would have hooked you up with some one who would do it for you for 8 grand. Its really cost effective cos then you dont have to pay through your teeth for a good game.
