Why Do You Think African Teams Are Still Not Doing Well At The World Cup?? by bingbagbo(m): 9:24pm On Jul 02, 2014
well, i have 3 reasons...

1. African teams need to change those funny, funny animal names like elephants, lions, eagles, foxes etc. Let get serious names

2. Africans generally must be confident in themselves and stop underrating themselves. i couldnt imagine hearing john obi mikel say in an interview before the world cup started that it will take time for Africa to win the world cup....whaaat? when costa rica is aiming to win it?
Some nigerians and Ghanaians pride themselves with a certain silly senseless brand of 'brasil of Africa' when in actual fact they are Nigeria and Ghana. So if you call yourself brasil of Africa and you come up again brasil wont you be thrashed? angry angry

3. African players too love money. I think from the next world cup, we shouldnt give our players money...just food angry angry angry angry angry

oya, next............... angry angry

The problems lie in d foundations, politics in sport where u choice a guy who has d money over d guy with the talent, our coaches also are too lazy to go scouting, poor or no good infrastructures to earnest d talents we have that is d reason u see african players cutting their age, lack of been expose to technical trainings, bad agents who are only after their gains.too many bad things to name them all have to be corrected b4 african teams can go places.
