A 7-year-old Brazilian boy has been named after so many French football stars he struggles to pronounce his own name .

He is called Zinedine Yazid Zidane Thierry Henry Barthez Eric Felipe Silva Santos because his father, Petrucio Santos, became passionate about France when he visited two of his daughters who live there.

France defeated Brazil in the 2006 World Cup and Petrucio Santos paid tribute to three of the team’s stars: Barthez, Zidane and Henry.

Eric is a tribute to Manchester United legend Eric Cantona while Felipe pays homage to Brazil manager Luiz Felipe Scolari.

When Zidane was asked whether he liked his name, he told G1 news website: ”No. I would have loved to be named Luiz Gustavo,” the Brazilian midfielder.
