note: asup strike never affected partime studies since its started last year. partime. lectures has been on in yabatech since last year. last year newly addmited partimers are now in their second semester.


General entry requirements for National Diploma

SSCE/NABTEB with at least 5 credits at not more than
two sittings which must include English Language,
Mathematics and 3 other relevant subjects.

NOTE: JAMB UTME Result is not needed for Admission
into ND Part Time Studies.
NOTE: Part Time Programs for Accountancy , Banking &
Finance, Business Administration & Office Technology &
Management are Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays. From
8am to 4pm). Others are Weekdays (Monday to Friday.
From 5pm to 9pm)

Online Application 2014/15 Procedure

To apply for programs available, an applicant must
follow the following steps:

1. Visit www.yabatech.edu.ng
2. Click on Online Application 2014/15 link

i. For mobile device, click on Prospective Students link
and then on Online Application 2014/15

3. For new application, click on the �Apply� button
i. Select the appropriate Program, Mode of Study and
Course

ii. Enter the required information and click on
�Continue� button

iii. Print the payment information page (take note of the
application number)

iv. Proceed to pay by clicking on �Pay Now�
v. Confirm your information and continue with the
payment process (payment is made using any bank�s
ATM)

4. After payment, return to the Home page (follow step 1
and 2)

5. Click on the �Login� button

6. Enter your application number as username and
surname as password

7. Complete the form with appropriate information

8. Proceed to Upload passport

9. Click on Submit Application
10. Print completed form



if you have issues applying by yourself. you can vist our office close to the school library and meet mr kasy. he would assist you in registering in just five miniutes. come along with your passport and o'level result print out.

ESTIMATED COST OF ADMISSION FOR 2014/2015
SESSION (Only if you're admitted)
1. School Fees for ND/HND Part Time = N70,000 (This
amount is not accurate but not above this rate & it is
subject to change). Only Mass Communication
Department for Part Time Program Has its School Fee
Above N70,000

2. School Fees for ND/HND Full Time = N37,000 (This
amount is close to accuracy and it is subject to change)

3. Acceptance Fee = N11,500 (This Fee is Applicable to
Both Full Time and Part Time Applicants and it is
Subject to Change)

4. Departmental Due, Faculty Due, SUG Due & Other
Miscellaneous (Budget about N5,000)

5. Hostels = N14,000. N17,500. & N25,000.
Respectively for a Session. The prices are dependent on
the your choice of hostel. (Its not compulsory)
School Fees are paid once every session. 1session =
1year.
We don't accept instalmental Payment.
DURATION:
1. ND/HND Full Time: It's a 2Years Program,
2Semesters in a Session i.e 4Semesters to Complete.
1Year = 1session.


2. ND/HND Part Time: It's a 2years program,
3semesters in a session i.e 6semesters to complete.
1year = 1session. This shows that the Part Time
Students have limited Holidays and more of tight
schedules in a session.
