An SUV is a vehicle which is commonly called 'jeep' in Nigeria. They have tyres which are bigger than small cars, they are bigger than cars. Examples of SUV's are Honda pilot, toyota landcrusier, mercedes benz ML class, BMW X5, infiniti QX45, cadillac escalade.
