No we don't have the Xiaomi 16000mAh.

When the last LED stops blinking still leave it to charge for an extra hour. What it means is that it's now between 90% to 100% but the light will be static. So it might be at 92% which isn't full yet.

None of our power banks come with a wall charger, most powerful banks don't come with one. You'll have to get it seperately at an additional price.
